How quickly can we get started?

Most Scholastico services activate immediately upon payment, so you can start setting up Options and loading your data. API integrations can make this process easier, and do require a few days for configuration. In general, you can be up and running very quickly. The help files will get you started.

Is there a free trial available?

No setup fees are required. You only pay the annual subscription cost for the services you choose to use.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 10-day free trial for schools to fully evaluate our platform before committing to a subscription. After the trial period, we do not provide refunds for the current billing cycle. However, you can cancel at any time, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of your billing period. If you need a trial for more than 10 days, contact our sales team.
